Edible insects at the European Symposium on Food Safety

The International Association for Food Protection announces the European Symposium on Food Safety, Athens (Greece) 11-13 May 2016. A section of the program will be dedicated to edible insects with the title: “Edible Insects, New Future Food: Threats and Opportunity”
