The first popular italian-written book about entomophagy “Un insetto nel piatto” by Giulia Maffei and Giulia Tacchini (Entonote) was presented last wednesday in Milan.
The event was crowded with entomophagy passionates, experts and people simply curious that made a lot of questions to the authoresses, who answered talking about environmental, ethical and culinary aspects of the edible insects issue.
During the evening insects-based dishes were presented, with a selection of entoproducts already available on the market (abroad…).
